Mid/Near Infrared spectrometer for Soil Applications 

REQUIREMENT:
The department of Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada in Brandon, Manitoba has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) mid/near Infrared Spectrometer in accordance with the Minimum Performance Specifications.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods.
All deliverables identified must be delivered on or before March 30, 2021.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION:  The responsive bid meeting all mandatory requirements with the lowest overall price will be recommended for contract award. Please refer to the Request for Proposal for the detailed technical requirements and the list of mandatory criteria.
