    This amendment 003 is being raised to amend solicitation No 5K003-200676/B as follows:

    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5K003-200676/A dated 2020-11-19 with a closing of 2020/12/22 at 2:00 CST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.
    Requirement:
    The Canadian Grain Commission's (CGC) Grain Research Laboratory has a requirement for the supply, delivery virtual install and training of one (1) long-read sequencing instrument including all relevant software and computer to operate the system.
    Refer to the Compliance Matrix for the complete performance specifications and instructions that must be satisfied in order for a bid to be deemed responsive.
    
    EVALUATION AND SELECTION:A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
