Title:	RISO- WINDOW GLASS
	
Public Health Agency Canada (PHAC) has a requirement for a
Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and
delivery of Window Glass for replacement of existing windows, if
Identified Users request such goods during the period of the
Standing Offer.  Installation of the window glass is not
required.

The Standing Offer will be valid for a two (2) year period from
date of issuance, with the option to extend for three (3)
additional one (1) year periods
.
The estimated value of the Regional Individual Standing Offer,
including option years is $577,500.00 (CDN), including GST.

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site.

Request for Standing Offer.

Offerors must submit a list of names, or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of
Standard Instructions 2006.

FOB Destination: Public Health Agency Canada, Winnipeg, Manitoba
 CANADA.

TRADE AGREEMENTS
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).
