    TITLE:	Automated Box Making Machine
    
    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number W2481-157D01/A, dated 2014-08-29, with a
    closing of 2014-09-22 at 2:00 PM. A debriefing or feedback
    session will be provided upon request to
    bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.
    
    The Department of National Defence (DND) 7 Canadian Forces
    Supply Depot (7 CFSD) has a requirement for the supply delivery,
    offloading, complete assembly, and installation of one (1)
    Automated Box Making Machine for use in the Packaging Section to
    support ongoing packaging initiatives, such as the longitudinal
    and transverse cutting, perforating and creasing of single and
    double-wall corrugated cardboard materials to create custom
    boxes for shipment of materials. These are custom boxes that DND
    requires for the shipment of materials both domestically and
    internationally. Boxes are created by Packaging Section on a
    daily basis it is estimated that there will be a requirement of
    at least 500 different box configurations over the next five (5)
    years.
    
    DND will be responsible to ensure that all electrical
    requirements are in place prior to installation of the Automated
    Box Making Machine.
    
    A complete list of the mandatory performance specifications are
    detailed in solicitation document.
    
    All the deliverables must be received on or before March 2, 2015.
    
    FOB destination: Department of National Defence, 7 Canadian
    Forces Supply Depot, Edmonton, Alberta  (Canada).
    
    TRADE AGREEMENTS
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
    American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT).
