Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Moving Services, Nunavut EW999-152046/A Hall, Marlene Telephone No. - (204) 230-0147 ( ) Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 ( ) Line 1, Moving Services, Nunavut A Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) to provide relocation services of household furniture, office equipment and office furniture on an as required basis, directly to various housing units in the Regions housing pool in Iqaluit, Government departments and agencies, and also to Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)acting on behalf of other clients, within the Nunavut. Relocation services will include, but will not be limited to the moving of house hold furniture, office furniture workstation systems, office equipment, filing cabinets, records etc. Packing, crating, disassembling, loading, transporting, unloading, unpacking, uncrating, assembling plus clean-up at the end of each move will also form part of any resultant standing offer Agreement. The period of the Standing Offer will be for a two (2) year period from date of issuance, with one (1) additional one (1) year option period. As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners and/or Directors and other associated information as required. Refer to section 4.21 of the Supply Manual for additional information on the Integrity Provisions. For services requirements, Offerors must provide the required information as detailed in Article 2.3 of Part 2 of the Request for Standing Offers (RFSO), in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT). The requirements of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA) will apply to the proposed procurement.
