Nature of Requirements: 
Canada intends to issue Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSOs)
for its language training requirements in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The
services may be requested either at the Offeror's site or the
Client's site, on an "as and when" requested basis. 

The period during which call-ups can be made against the
Standing Offers (SOs) is from approximately October 1, 2014 to
September 30, 2016. Canada reserves the right to extend the term
of the SOs for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. 

The requirements are further described in the Statements of Work
at Annex A1, for Full-time group training; Annex A2, for
Part-time group training; and Annex A3, for Full-time and
Part-time individual training. 

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 -
