Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Learning Services W6570-20SP03/A The RCAF Learning Support Centre located at Canadian Forces Base, Borden-Ontario requires Learning Services to be provided by experienced Learning Service resources [one (1) Senior Learning Designer, two (2) Senior Custom e-Learning Programmers, two (2) Intermediate Custom e-Learning Programmers, one (1) Junior Custom e-Learning Programmer. The contracted resources will work in a project team environment led by an RCAF project manager to develop learning content in accordance with requirements submitted by RCAF TEs and agreed to by the Officer Commanding (OC) of the RCAF LSC. Professional Services are required commencing in 2020, with a 12 month contract period for fiscal year (FY) 2020/21. All the work will be conducted at CFB Borden, Ontario Canada, unless otherwise directed by DND. This Bid Solicitation is issued against PSPC Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA) E60ZH-1800LS, for services as outlined in the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS) portal. A bid must comply with all of the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria and point rated evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. All terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and are incorporated into any resulting contract. Request For Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly from the contracting officer to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. Additional qualified suppliers under the Supply Arrangement E60ZH-1800LS are requested to contact the contracting officer to participate in the RFP. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
