REQUIREMENT:  

 This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of The Department of National Defence for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a period of one (1) year plus three (3) one-year options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract. The requirement is on an as-and-when-requested basis for the provision of development and support services for an Oracle 12C database based on an Oracle Glassfish 3 platform, which is called the Air Force Training Information Management System (ATRIMS). ATRIMS consists of a set of applications and systems used to managed training for Royal Canadian Air Force personnel, including qualifications, courses, and financial estimates.
