Parks Canada has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training for a terra torch ignition system for Wood Buffalo National Park, Fort Smith, NT to be used in a wildland fire setting and wildfire risk reduction projects near structures and facilities.  The torch will be used to burn control lines on wildfires and prescribed fires as well as for use in burning piled woody debris. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
