Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
requirement for the provision of all labour, materials, tools,
equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to undertake
an update to the Market Survey Report (MSR) for the communities
of Iqaluit, Cambridge Bay and Rankin Inlet.  The purpose of the
reports are to estimate the lease rental range for the various
residential, commercial/office and industrial/warehouse
building/space to assist PWGSC in negotiating/setting a fair
market-based rent for current and future
negotiations/transactions. The period of the Contract is from
date of award to 31 March 2016 inclusive. 

The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods
and/or services.

This procurement is subject to Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
