Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement
for the provision of all labour, material, tools, equipment and
supervision necessary to complete the land improvements as
described in Annex "A" - Statement of Work, for the Department
of Fisheries and Oceans located at 501 University Crescent.  The
period of the contract will be from 1 May 2012 to 30 April 2013,
with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the
contract by up to two (2) additional one year periods. 

Mandatory Site Visit

It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for site
visit to be held on March 26, 2012 at 13:30 at Department of
Fisheries and Oceans, 501 University Crescent. Bidders must
communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than two (2)
working day(s) before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance
and provide the names of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders
will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders should
confirm in their bids that they have attended the site visit.
Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will not be
given an alternative appointment and their bids will be rejected
as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the bid
solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as
an amendment to the bid solicitation.
