For the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for the rental of scheduled and "as and when required" ice time in accordance to the Statement of Work attached as Annex A herein for the Department of National Defence, 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba.  

The period of the Contract is from Date of issuance to 31 March 2017 with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.  Work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work and terms and conditions specified herein.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Bilateral Trade Agreements and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
