Line 1, Rapid Visco Analyzer

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Cereal Quality Laboratory in Winnipeg, Manitoba is in need for one (1) Rapid Visco Analyzer (RVA).  An RVA is a rotational viscometer designed for the analysis of viscometric properties of materials (flours) under varying stirring (or shearing), heating, and cooling conditions.  The machine is to measure the changes in torque on the stirring motor as the sample is stirred, and then report the results as centipoise (cP) units.  

All the deliverables must be on or before March 31, 2017.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
