The Canadian Grain Commissions (CGC) Grain Research Laboratory (GRL), Oilseeds unit has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and training of (1) one Liquid-Chromatograph- Gas Chromatography (LC-GC) equipped with a flame ionization detector system including auto sampler, hydrogen generator, accessories, and software for a CGC supplied computer.  

All the deliverables must be received on or before March 22, 2019.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE BID SOLICITATION, BIDS TRANSMITTED BY FACSIMILE TO PWGSC WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Vendors will be supplied with 6 samples to analyze. Each of the 6 samples is to be analyzed for mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAHs) and mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSHs). Vendors are responsible for arranging paid shipping method for test solutions to be transported to their facilities safely and in a timely manner, which includes obtaining proper clearance from customs agencies if required. Extra time to perform analyses of test solutions will not be granted. Sample results must be submitted with the bid. To obtain the 6 samples, Bidders must contact the Contracting Authority.
