The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Band in Winnipeg, Manitoba, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of sound equipment that must be compatible with their current Sennheiser system.

All the deliverables must be received on or before 21 August 2020

The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Band is a unique organization with a number of different professional ensembles that require professional calibre sound equipment supplied to them in order to perform their primary duties. Failure to acquire quality sound gear could jeopardize the unit's ability to achieve its core mandate. We currently have a high quality sound system in our possession, but due to circumstances beyond our control, it will not be serviceable without the required upgrades. The frequency that our microphones and monitors operate on has been sold to a wireless company and will be no longer usable without the proper licensing requirements. The transmitters and receivers must be replaced to be compatible with our current system in order to operate legally.

Suppliers are required to submit bids electronically using the Canada Post epost Connect application for the subject bid solicitation. This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation.
