This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W168A-20MK9/A dated 2020-12-23 with a closing of 2021-01-19 at 2:00 PM, CST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

The Department of National Defence requires the supply, delivery, and set-up of one (1) Laser Engraver to 3 CDSB Wainwright Maintenance Section located at Denwood, Alberta in order to facilitate the engraving of curved and flat surfaces of equipment in support of any brigade or unit that is in the training area. The laser engraver will be used for personalization or customization to products made of wood, plastic, or even glass. A thorough user specific on-site demonstration on the proper use of the requirement is preferred.  If this is not feasible, then virtual tutorials would be acceptable if technical support is available for troubleshooting or clarification on processes. All deliverables must be received on or prior to March 26, 2021.
