This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 5P412-200363 dated 2020/12/07 with a closing of 2021/01/07 at 2:00 CST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Parks Canada has a requirement for one (1) Portable Boiler to Prince Albert National Park.

All deliverables are requested by May 28, 2021.
A complete list of the mandatory specifications are detailed in the Annex A.
The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods. If there are two or more bids with valid Canadian Content Certification the evaluation process will be limited to the bids with the certification; otherwise, all bids will be evaluated.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)

Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. The health and safety of staff and suppliers remains our top priority.

This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.

Faxed bids will be accepted at 1-418-566-6167.
