The Department of National Defence, CFB Shilo has a requirement
for the supply of all labor, materials, equipment,
transportation and supervision required for the maintenance of
trees, shrubs and hedges at the Canadian Forces Base Shilo,
Shilo, Manitoba on an "as required" basis for one (1) year from
date of issuance, with two (2) consecutive one year option
periods in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed
herein.

As per the Integrity Provisions under section 01 of Standard
Instructions 2006, offerors must provide a list of all owners
and/or Directors and other associated information as required. 

For services requirements, Offerors must provide the required
information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the Request
for Standing Offers (RFSO), in order to comply with Treasury
Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former
public servants. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
