To supply all labour, material, equipment, tools, transportation
and supervision necessary to inspect, test, maintain and repair
fire alarm, detection, suppression extinguishing systems on a
scheduled and "as and when" requested basis for the Department
of National Defence in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories.  The
contract will be for a two (2) year period from November 1, 2012
to October 31, 2014,  with three additional one year option
periods.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).


This procurement is subject to the Tlicho Land Claims Agreement,
Chapter 26 - Economic Measures.
