	The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
Regional Individual Standing Offer 		for the provision of
repair, overhaul and/or hot section inspection, modification,
and support 		services to be provided for its CT142, PW120A
Engines, Engine Components and Associated 		Equipment, on an "as
required" basis.  The Standing Offer will be valid for a period
of three (3) 		years with an additional two (2) - one (1) 	year
option periods.

	There is no security requirement associated with this Standing
Offer.

	The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on 		Government Procurement (WTO-AGP),
the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), 		and the
Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

	
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
