To provide janitorial services, including all labour, materials,
equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary for
building cleaning at the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA),
Customs port Boissevain, Bossevain, Manitoba as detailed within
the Statement of Work (Included herein as Annex A).  The period
of the Contract is from date of award to October 31, 2013 with
Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract
for two (2) additional consecutive twelve (12) months periods.

There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.

This requirement is subject to Canadian Content.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
