For the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary to provide water and
soil testing and supply reports for various 17 Wing locations
for Department of National Defence as detailed in the Statement
of Work (attached hereto as Annex A).  The Contract will be in
place from date of Contract award to February 28, 2015 with
Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the Contract
for two (2) additional consecutive one (1) year periods and one
(1) additional eight (8) month period.  The services must be
provided in accordance with the terms and conditions specified
herein.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

This Contract is raised against Supply Arrangement
EW479-130790/EDM.  All terms and condition of the Supply
Arrangement shall be incorporated.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
