For the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment,
transportation and supervision necessary to provide Mobile
Shredding Services on a scheduled and as and when requested
basis for Human Resources and Skills Development Canada /
Service Canada (HRSDC), for various locations throughout
Alberta,  as detailed in the Statement of Work (Annex A).  The
period of the Contract will be for one (1) year period from date
of Contract Award with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to
extend the Contract for two (2) additional consecutive one (1)
year periods.  The services must be provided in accordance with
the terms and conditions specified herein.

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
