Regional Psychiatric Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan requires a gas fired steam generator pressure Steamer, details of the requirement are included in Table A - Compliance Matrix  
The 3 compartment steamer will be used to steam food such as vegetables, eggs and pasta.  It
will also be used to re-heat pre-cooked foods.
