    The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply and install of a Static Air Breathable Dive Compressor system in Gander, Newfoundland as detailed in Annex A.
    
    Goods are to be delivered FOB Destination to:

    This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
