Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/AIT Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Paper Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Prefabricated Mobile Accommodation Trailers Requirement: Public Works and Government Services Canada, St. John's, NL requires a contract for the supply and delivery of 12 prefabricated mobile trailer units to a Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) yard at 60 Sunset Drive, Bishop's Falls, NL. The deliverables include: - 2 person trailers - Quantity 10 - 4 person trailers - Quantity 2 All work and units supplied must be in compliance with the Statement of Requirement attached to the solicitation at Annex A. Mandatory Requirements: - Delivery is required by March 31, 2015. - Company must have 5 years experience constructing similar products. - All work/Units must have a five year warranty. - Bid must comply with stated specification. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
