More than one contract may be awarded. CCGS Terry Fox Thursday, July 26, 2018 to Iqualuit, NU and return. Departing from St. John’s, NL for 35 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo. CCGS Louis S. St. Laurent Thursday, August 23, 2018 to Resolute, NU and return. Departing from St. John’s, NL for 54 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo. CCGS Terry Fox Thursday, September 6, 2018 to Resolute, NU and return. Departing from St. John’s, NL for 35 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo. CCGS Henry Larsen Wednesday, September 26, 2018 to Rankin Inlet, NU and return. Departing from St. John’s, NL for 42 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo. CCGS Louis S. St. Laurent Thursday, October 4, 2018 to Kugluktuk, NU and return. Departing from St. John’s, NL for 46 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo. CCGS Henry Larsen Wednesday, November 7, 2018 to Iqaluit, NU and return. Departing from St. John’s, NL for 45 passengers and 5,000 lbs. of cargo. Mandatory Requirements: Aircraft must be capable of carrying 5,000 pounds of cargo to and from destinations; Fifty (50) pounds of luggage per person to and from destinations must be allowed; Full in-flight meals are to be provided and included in the firm price for each flight; No alcoholic beverages are to be served; Aircraft must have washroom facilities; As personnel change locations are sometimes subject to change on short notice, service provider must be licensed to transport passengers outside of and back to Canada; Aircraft must be gravel runway equipped since the vessel program may result in a change to the crew change location; Covered storage for perishables must be provided while waiting for transfer to the vessel in crew change locations; Ground transportation must be provided at Airport Hangers; No dangerous goods will be shipped.
