To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the
Department of National Defence for the supply of miscellaneous
meat and poultry products on an 'as and when' requested basis. 
Food supplies are to be delivered to both the HMCS Cabot Complex
located in St. John's, Newfoundland; and various HMCS
ships/allied ships located in St. John's Harbour (specific
locations to be detailed on call-up).  

This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
(AIT).

Period of Standing Offer: 01 April 2013 to 31 March 2014
inclusive. 

Overall estimated value: $60,000.00

Standing Offers will be processed in four (4) three (3) month
re-bid periods as follows: 

01 April 2013 - 30 June 2013		$15,000.00
01 July 2013 - 30 September 2013	$15,000.00
01 October 2013 - 31 December 2013	$15,000.00
01 January 2014 - 31 March 2014	$15,000.00

IMPORTANT NOTE TO BIDDERS:

Only one (1) notice will be posted on MERX for this requirement.
 This posting includes the documents which are to be submitted
by the Offeror for each periodic rebidding.  No further notice
will be given to the Offerors of the periodic Tender closing
dates.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Bidders
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder.  Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.  

It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all
addenda issued prior to tender closing have been obtained and
addressed in the submitted tender.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the MERX service
provider.  Firms that elect to base their bids on tender
