NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

TASK BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS)

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

This requirement is open only to TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who have qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:

P.13 - Independent IT Project Review Team Leader 
P.14 - Independent IT Project Reviewer

Description of the requirement:
The DND requires Independent Project Review (IPR) services for the completion of a Gate 5 review, Gate 6 review, and a Health Check Review of the Military Personnel Management Capability Transformation (MPMCT) project. 

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) contracts.

Each contract will be for a period of one (1) year from the date of contract award.
