Trade Agreement: NAFTA/AIT/Canada FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama Tendering Procedures: Suppliers on permanent list or able to meet qualification requirements Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: ESDC has on-going requirements for resources in various roles to support the continuous improvement, stabilization, enhancements and expansion of the SAP solution implemented in April 2014. These resources will be required to work with ESDC employees and other contractor supplied resources to support activities of the SAP Technical Development and Operations teams. It is intended to result in the award of up to two (2) contracts, each for one (1) year plus three (3) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s). Only TBIPS SA Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2, in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs that are qualified for all of the resource categories listed below are eligible to compete. A.1 Application/Software Architect A.3 ERP Programmer Analyst A.4 ERP System Analyst A.5 ERP Technical Analyst P.9 Project Manager Please find enclosed the RFP documents. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
