To supply, install and support the necessary services for the
implementation, testing, training and required configuration of
an Assurance Management COTS Software Solution (AM-COTS-SS),
including on-going maintenance and support.  The proposed COTS
software solution will be hosted on Shared Services Canada (SSC)
infrastructure.

A Request for Information (RFI) issued by Public Works and
Government Services Canada on behalf of The Contract Cost
Analysis, Audit and Policy Directorate (CCAAPD), PRISM, AB,
PWGSC is seeking information from Industry regarding the use of
an Assurance Management COTS Software solution including
software, applicable licences, annual maintenance and support.  

The Contract Cost Analysis, Audit and Policy Directorate
(CCAAPD), PRISM, AB, PWGSC will be seeking to procure a vendor
solution for a COTS Assurance Management Solution and the
necessary services for the implementation, testing, training and
required configuration of the product.  In addition, any
proposed vendor is required to provide on-going maintenance and
support for the duration of the contract period including any
option years. 

The RFI is intended only to solicit feedback from industry with
respect to the matters described in the RFI. 

Background

CCAAPD delivers procurement related advice, guidance and
oversight in support of Government of Canada's procurement
activities as they relate to cost negotiations, rate analysis,
audits, reviews and other types of assurance engagements.
CCAAPD ensures that Acquisition Branch procurement practices
respects the Government of Canada's policies, regulations and
legislation, and that it is fair, open and transparent, while
delivering best value to Canadians.
