This bid solicitation is a re-tender of the requirement described in bid solicitation number M7594-164700/B dated August 24, 2017 with a bid closing date of November 8, 2017 at 2:00pm EST; this document replaces the previous version entirely.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP has an initial requirement for a commercially available fully hosted Disability Case Management (DCM) Solution for approximately 100 Client Users.  The RCMP is modernizing its Disability Management and Accommodation Program that serves to provide proactive case management services to an employee who has a work related or non-work-related injury or illness with a goal to facilitate the member’s recovery and safe return to work.

The bid solicitation is intended to result in the award of a Contract for 2 years, plus 8 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
