1.	Statement of Work
Contractor must provide a Manned Tug and Barge for on-site work
and a separate Manned Tug and Barge for delivery. The Work to be
performed is detailed under Annex A.

Work locations will be approximately 80 - 100 km South and South
East of Prince Rupert, B.C., in the vicinity of Banks Island,
Gill Island and Hawkesbury Island.

2.	Work Period
Approximately 42 days overall to be scheduled within the period
11 June to 22 July 2015.  

The exact work period must be negotiated at time of contract
award with the Contracting Authority named at Article 6-5.1. 
The work period must be concurrent with the work program
determined for a related requirement.

Detailed tasking, to be completed within the above period, is
given in the Statement of Work referenced at Annex A.

3.	Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the
results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
in writing, by telephone or in person.

4.	Trade Agreements  
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
