1. Statement of Work
Contractor must provide a Manned Tug and Barge for on-site work and a separate Manned Tugand Barge for delivery. The Work to be performed is detailed under Annex A of the Solicitation.
 
2. Work Period
Approximately 48 days overall to be scheduled within the period 26 May to 12 July 2016.  

The exact work period must be negotiated, atthe time of contract award, with the Contracting Authority named at Article 6-5.1 of the Solicitation.  The work period must be concurrent with the work program determined for a related requirement and may be either extended or reduced at any time, by up to ten (10) days, at the option of the Canada. 

Detailed tasking and scheduling, to be completed within the above period, is given in the Statement of Work referenced at Annex A of the Solicitation. 

3. Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefingon the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

4. Trade Agreements  
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
