1.0 Statement of Work
Public Services and Procurement Canada - Esquimalt Graving Dock has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1), Not to Exceed 5 Gross Tons, Steel Work Boat in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A and inspection as per Annex C - Inspection/Quality Assurance /Quality Control. All deliverables must be delivered on or before January 12, 2018.   

1.1 Function
The primary function of the vessel is to remove and install the floating caissons (dock gates) at the graving dock. Ancillary functions are also provided in and around the EGD, including line handling services, towing or pushing services for smaller vessels, oil spill response, movement of other floating assets around the graving dock, and providing a general floating working platform.
