Telephone No. - (250) 217-6555 ( ) Fabrication and Delivery of One (1) Aluminum Boat Parks Canada - Pukaskwa National Park has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) 8.5 - 9.0 m aluminum boat with T-top and trailer in accordance with the Statement of Work at Annex A and inspection as per Annex C - Inspection/Quality Assurance /Quality Control. All deliverables must be delivered on or before March 31, 2018. Optional Boat - there exists an option for one (1) additional boat and trailer. Option may be exercised at Canada’s discretion. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. Trade Agreements This requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the World Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement and the Canada - Panama Free Trade Agreement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
