1.2 Summary

Reissue of Request for Proposals
This request for proposals (RFP) cancels and supersedes previous RFP number 
F7044-190037/A dated 2020-06-16 with a closing of 2020-08-12 at 02:00 PM PDT.
1.2   The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada has a requirement to purchase one (1) 5.7m to 5.99m Aluminum Hard Top Boat (no trailer) built in accordance with the Technical Statement of Requirement (TSOR) - Annex "A" and Bidder Questions and Canada Responses - Annex “D”.
The boat is to be delivered to: 
Department of Fisheries and Oceans - Nanaimo, BC

1.2.1 Epost Connect

This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada PostCorporation 
to transmit their bid electronically.  Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3
entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information."

1.2.2 Debriefings

Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
