Telephone No. - (250) 217-6555 Line 1, 7.25-7.75 Rigid Inflatable Boat 8.0-8.6m Aluminum RIB with Cabin F7044-190036/A Castle, David G. Telephone No. - (250) 217-6555 Line 1, 8.0-8.6m Aluminum RIB with Cabin 1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: • Stream #3 -Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB)- Greater than 6M- Aluminum - Non SOLAS 2. Public Works and Government Services Canada has a requirement for the design and construction of an Aluminum RHIB with delivery to Delta, BC, by April 30, 2020. 3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders. 4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement and Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement and the World Trade Organization-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP). 5. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA. The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders). Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. 6. There is no security associated with this requirement. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
