Summary
		1.	The Statement of Work  is as follows:
			 a.	to carry out the Docking and refit  for the RCMP
Catamarran P.V. Lindsay in accordance with the associated
Technical Specifications detailed in the Statement of Work and
Project Management Services attached as Annexes A and H. For
specifications, drawings, test sheets, annexes and appendices,
bidders must contact the Contracting Authority identified in the
bid solicitation.
			 b.	To carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in
paragraph  a. Above.
		2.	The sourcing strategy related to this work will be limited
to suppliers in Western Canada in accordance with Shipbuilding,
Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19), subject to
the Agreement on Internal Trade. The work is exempt from the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), see Chapter Ten
Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, and the World Trade Organization
Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), see Annex 4.
		3.	The proposed work period is  28 November 2012  to 7
February 2013.

procurement.
