    REQUIREMENT
    To carry out the design, construction, test, trial and possible
    delivery of one (1) 5.9m (19ft) Aluminium Jet Boat with trailer.
    
    DELIVERY
    Delivery to Cranbrook, BC, is requested to be on or before Sept
    26 2014.
    
    MANDATORY CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS 
    1.	Transport Canada Marine Safety Regulation TP 1332
    "Construction Standards for Small Vessels", which incorporate
    references to ABYC standards for equipment such as fuel tanks
    and fuel systems, as well as tank space ventilation, and ISO
    standards for stability, loading capacity, etc. as delegated to
    ISO 12217-1.

    "Standards for D.C. Electrical Installations on Boats and ABYC

    INSPECTION/QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL
    1.		The Contractor must prepare an Inspection and Test Plan
    (ITP) for this project. 
    2.	The Contractor must conduct inspections in accordance with
    the ITP.
    3.	The Contractor on the inspection record, test or trials
    sheets as applicable must record the results of each inspection.
    The Contractor must maintain files of completed inspection
    records.
    
    The entire Inspection process is outlined in Annex D of the
    Request for Proposal.
    
    SOURCING STRATEGY
    This procurement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade
    (AIT), NAFTA, and WTO.

    procurement.
