    The Statement of work is as follows:
    To carry out the docking and refit of the Department of
    Fisheries and Oceans /Canadian Coast Guard Ship CCGS Vector The
    work must be in accordance with the associated Technical
    Specifications detailed in the Statement of Work; Inspections,
    Tests and Trials; and Project Management Services 
    	
    For specifications, drawings, test sheets, annexes and
    appendices, bidders must contact the Contracting Authority
    identified in the bid solicitation.
    
    Work Period - Marine:
    Work must commence and be completed as follows:
    
    Commence:  		13 November 2015;
    Complete:  		3 February 2016.
    
    Bidders' Conference (Optional):
    A bidders' conference will be held at the Institute for Ocean
    Sciences, 9860 West Saanich Road, Sidney, British Columbia, on
    September 29, 2015.  The conference will begin at 09:30 am
    (Pacific Standard Time) and will be held in the Main board room,
    number 1360, located in the main building.	Bidders should
    provide, in writing, to the Contracting Authority, the names of
    the person(s) who will be attending and a list of issues they
    wish to table at least two (2) working days before the scheduled
    conference. 
    
    Optional Site Visit - Vessel (Optional) :
    The site visit will be held right after the bidder's conference.

    Sourcing Strategy:
    The sourcing strategy related to this procurement will be
    limited to suppliers in the area of Origin of the vessel, (West
    Canada) in accordance with the PWGSC Supply Manual Article
    3.170.10(b).  This procurement is subject to AIT and is exempt
    from NAFTA [see Chapter 10, Annex 1001.2b, paragraph 1 (a)] and
    from the WTO-AGP (see Annex 4)

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
    procurement.
    
    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
