Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Notice of proposed procurement amendment (NPP) no: 4 Solicitation closing date extended from August 12, 2016 to August 16, 2016. The Department of Fisheries and Oceans- Canadian Coast Guard as a requirement to supply and deliver a sewage plant inaccordance with Annex A, Statement of Requirements and delivered to Sidney, British Columbia on or before January 31, 2017. STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTS SCOPE: To supply and deliver (1) sewage plant suitable for 48 to 60 people. The plant must include a vacuum system to be connected to the toilet system and handle all black and grey water as outlined below. The sewage system mustprocess the sludge produced and have no requirement for the sludge to be stored and processed separately. Cleaning of residual sludge from the unit as a maintenance task is acceptable. REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: Must meet Annex A.1, item No.A.1/2.6 and Annex Module Bin the Directive. Marpol 73/78 as amended, Annex IV Regulation 9, IMO Res. MPEC 227(64) with the exemption of Section 4.2. The system must be approved by a class society and be supplied with a Type Examination Certificate provided bythe class society. Canada shipping Act 2001 and relating regulations for vessel equipment - machinery The classification societies must be an approved classification societies per the Transport Canada Marine Safety Marine Machinery RegulationsSOR/90-264 SHORT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The certified flow rate is to be not less than 6000 liters /day with a peakcapacity of not less than 6150 Liters/day (for a period not exceeding 5 days) The deck space is limited and all components for the system must fit in a foot print Length-3000mm Width- 2100mm Height-2000mm Note: The orientation of the sewage plantis restricted by the space available and the unit must operate correctly with the long axis being fore and aft. The power required is 460volts/ 3phases/ 60 Hz. Complete with supplied transformers suitable for the controls.
