Requirement:
The Department of Public Service and Procurement Canada has a requirement for a Contractor to prepare two (2) detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) consisting of Refit and Docking Specifications and drawing packages to be used in a subsequent Invitation to Tender (ITT) process for the Mid-Life Refit of each of the Esquimalt Graving Dock’s (EGD’s) two Caisson gates in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work. 

Deliverable schedule:
a) List of materials and equipment required on or before 10 November 2017.
b) Draft Technical Specification Packages for review by Technical Authority - on or before 24 Nov 2017
c) Complete draft drawing packages for review - on or before 15 Dec 2017
d) Final SOWs containing final approved specifications and final approved drawing packages and class B estimates - on or before 12 January 2018.
