REQUIREMENT

SOLAS Rescue Boat

A.1 Requirement
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada / Canadian Coast Guard as a requirement to supply and deliver two Rigid /Inflatable Rescue Boats- Zodiac RIBO 450, P-sling SOLAS/IMO certified with equipment in accordance with Annex “A”, Requirement and delivered to Sidney, British Columbia, Canada 


A.2 Optional rescue boats 
The invitation to tender includes option to acquire the goods, services or both described at Annex “A” - Requirement of the Contract under the same conditions and at the prices and/or rates 


A.3 Delivery 
The delivery of boats are required on or before September 29, 2017.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
