    Requirement:
    The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a
    chiller for shore support for the Canadian west coast submarine
    fleet.
    
    Delivery:
    CIP (Carriage Insurance Paid), Destination, Victoria, B.C.,
    Incoterms 2000 for shipment on or before 28 March 2014. 
    
    Background:
    Requirement for a fully self-contained de-ionized water chilling
    and circulating unit in support of Victoria Class submarines.
    
    Mandatory Standards and Certifications:
    - Electrically certified by approved Canadian agency 
    - Chilled water minimum temperature = 7 deg Celsius
    - Flow rate between 20 US gallons per min and 102 US gallons per
    minute with de-ionized fluid reservoir
    - Pressure head = 166 feet continuous including 2-pump redundancy
    - Dimensions must not exceed 120 inches high, 96 inches wide,
    180 inches long.
    - Weight must not exceed 10,000 pounds including chilled fluid
    in the system.  Must have fork lift pockets and crane lifting
    eyes.
    - Cooling capacity must be 25 tons minimum using independently
    operable or in tandem redundant air-cooled chillers.
    - Chiller must include automatic auxiliary system to mitigate
    freeze-up when idling or in use.
    - Power requirement: 460 volt, 3-phase, with a full load current
    draw of 100 amps.  All electrical enclosures must meet NEMA 3R
    ratings at a minimum.

     one (1) Chiller.

    Subject to AIT, WTO and NAFTA.
