Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: If 3+ bids offer Canadian goods/services other bids will not be considered Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Floating Wave Attenuator The Department of National Defence requires a floating wave attenuator to be designed, fabricated, assembled, and delivered to significantly reduce wave action entering a designated area within Esquimalt Harbour in British Columbia, Canada. While the intent is to have the installation of the floating wave attenuator performed by others, installation of the floating wave attenuator may also be required and is included as an option. Due to the nature of the bid solicitation, bids transmitted by e-mail to PWGSC will not be accepted. Refer to the submission instructions for more information. Suppliers are required to have a Procurement Business Number (PBN) before contract award.
