The Canadian Coast Guard requires the services of a Naval Architect registered as a Professional Engineer in a province or territory of Canada to provide engineering services and prepare modification drawings applicable to the proposed conversion of the CCGS Sir Wilfred Grenfell to a Buoy tender as detailed in the Solicitation.
