Telephone No. - (250) 217-7138 ( ) Fax No. - ( ) - ( ) The RCMP has a requirement to procure Marine Shock Mitigating Seats for RIB vessels in British Columbia. The requirement is shock mitigating seats Shockwave SW- S5-1300 Pro High Back seat or equivalent. The requirement is made up of a mandatory quantity and option quantities that may be purchased on an as and when requested basis. These options will be raised as Requisitions on Contracts (ROCs) in accordance with the process detailed herein. Canada is under no obligation to purchase all or part of the optional requirement stated herein. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid. Bidders intending to submit bids should obtain solicitation documents from the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS) at https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders. Addenda, when issued, will be available on GETS. Bidders basing their submissions on solicitation documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk.
