Nature of Requirements: 

1. This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60MC-190001 and covers a requirement from the following Stream of the SA: 

Stream # 7 - RHIB - Equal to or less than 6 Meters - Aluminum - NON -SOLAS 

2.  The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the construction of one 5.5 metre Aluminum RHIB and trailer with delivery to Edmonton, Alberta, by March 25, 2022.

3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst Supply Arrangement holders. 

4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). 

5. In order for new suppliers to bid on this solicitation, the new supplier must first qualify for a SA.  The process to qualify for a SA is detailed in RFSA # E60MC-190001 and can be found on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS - https://buyandsell.gc.ca/procurement-data/tenders).  Canada is not required to delay the award of a resulting contract pending the evaluation of an arrangement and issuance of a SA by the PWGSC Supply Arrangement Authority. 

6. There is no security associated with this requirement.
