NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT

Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC) requires
one P.2 Enterprise Architect for the Transformation Alignment
Solutions Office in order to continue the development and
maintenance of the Enabling Services Renewal Program.

Eligibility to bid - This requirement is open to bidders who
are: 

Valid Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders pursuant to the Request
for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) Solicitation No. EN578-055605/D,
and

Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers qualified for the resource category:

P.2  Enterprise Architect (Level 3).

It should be noted that SOMOS Consulting Group Ltd. (the winning
bidder of solicitation G9088-110003/A, for the P.5 Project
Executive) is precluded from bidding, due to a conflict of
interest.

This solicitation intends to result in 1 winning bid.
